Ukranian people came to the conclusion the first Ukranian election was fraudulent by comparing exit polls to
the actual election results. Because of this the people took to the streets and the country was on the verge
of revolution. The irony of this is that the discrepancy between exit polls and actual election votes was even
greater in the US yet this fact was never mentioned in the corporate press. In this country not one person
took to the streets. The press and the people are as submissive as the Solviet people were under Joseph
Stalin. The extent of the success of conservative deception in this country is mind boggling. Only the few
who have read books like Noem Chomsky's "Manufacturing Consent" can comprehend what has happened
to american democracy.
One of my favorite books is Noem Chomsky's book Deterring Democracy. I would love to hear his comments
regarding recent elections in the Ukraine. Hillary Clinton expressed her opinion in the OP/Ed section of
todays Financial Times. She said, "In recent weeks, Ukraine's people have shown that they have been
building a civil society. Their refusal to except the results of a clearly fraudulent presidential runoff election
marks a turning point in the nation's development of a civil society." I read those words and said to myself,
why can't the american people develop such a civil society by refusing to accept a fraudulent election in this
country where the media brainwashes everyone and democratic presidents are impeached instead of our
current illegitimate president.
Hillary goes on to say to the people of the Ukraine "that respect for democracy and the rule of law is a
central factor in determining the future relationship with the west" I thought to myself if this is true, very few
democratic nations will want anything to do with the US its sham democracy. They may continue to have
relations with countries who have had sham democracy imposed upon it by the US because all western
countries have had sham democracy imposed on them by the US. It's really a cover for what they call free
markets; where insider or foreigners can invade a supposed "democratic" country and buy up all significant
enterprise and operate them in a manner that rewards them with wind fall profits, usually though monopoly
positions. The former soviet states did not have competition among industry. The ruling parasites love to
have freedom to buy these monopolies and use them to rob the people. Isn't freedom wonderful for only
them. Clinton's husband used to say the Japs were organizing to compete. But they don't compete in a
manner where they hurt their people but in a manner to raise wages and employment of Japanees workers.
Prices were fixed in the interests of the Japaneese industry, and Japanees workers. These workers were
also consumers.
In that article on the front page of todays Financial Times regarding the Ukraine it reads "We have been
living with independance for forteen years but today we became free" If only americans were so lucky. Forty
million americans can't even afford healthcare let alone decent housing. The majority of americans are
robbed daily by low wages for the labor, by the healthcare racket, by high taxes on workers to subsidize tax
cuts for shareholder parasites and their corporations, by their landlords, by Bush's friends in the energy and
healthcare industries that bankroll conservative political campaigns nation wide.
That article on the front page went on to say, "Ukraine's supreme court ordered the rerun and Mr. Kuchma
agreed to wide ranging political and legal changes that curbed the scope for fraud and the power of
authorities to intervene in the polls." Our sham Supreme Court does the opposite to preserve our sham
democracy.
The article continues "Having backed mr. Yanukovich earlier in the campaign, Mr. Kuchmaquetly distanced
himself fromn the prime minister, robbing Mr. Yanukovich of the coordinated support he had previously
enjoyed from the countries political, bureaucratic and business establishment." The irony is homorous when
compared to the american political system where the same type of establishment controls the media and the
ultimate outcome of every election. This implies that true lovers of democracy must soon move to the
Ukraine to live in a democracy.
The article goes on to say that the defeated Russian backed candidate complained he had been betrayed
by his allies and cheated by the Supreme court. That sounds like what the US establishment did to AlGore.
The article contines "Reports indicated that voting was free of centrally organized fraud that marred the last
vote." Of only Americans could be so lucky.
The article ends by saying "Mr Yushchenko also wants to encourage the investigation of political wrongdoing
in the Kuchma era" Now there is an idea for our sham dictator in this country. John Dean of the Nizon era
wrote a book describing how there has been a plethora of acts committed by George W. Bush that would
have gotten any democratic president impeached.
The Financial Times ran an article describing the campaign tactics of Karl Rove. He starts every campaign
by using the corporate media to repeatedly run stories that lie about the opponents record. The
conservatives media willing serve his this end and repeatedly published stories attacking John McCains
record as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. Then they found someone to make up lies regarding John Kerries
war record and the media reported it over and over until the only message conservatives allowed the to
carry media was his lies regarding his opponents record. The irony of Bush attacking McCain and Kerry's
war record is never mentioned in the corporate press. McCain and Kerry sacrificed their lives for Bush's
parasite ruling class friends and Bush is willing to stoop so low as to twist around the meaning of their
sacrafice. Bush's friends work hard to teach americans that those willing to sacrifice their lives for this
country the most noble americans(or maybe nieve in their sacrafice of their lives for US imperialism in
Vietnam) Bush turned to the biggest white trash jew he could find to devise this strategy; Rarl Rove. Only a
white trash sleezy conservative like himself would employ such a strategy and hire such a sleezy jew to
advise him. In order to destroy Howard Dean, the only candidate that had any real concern for the american
people, conservatives instructed the media to play over and over him acting a bit over emotional at a
campaign rally. They repeated this thousands of times until his popularity diminished. They used similar
tactics to tie Bill Clintons hand for his whole presidency. But that's a story in itself. The question is do
americans want to be slaves to the tyranny of these machiavellian characters. If Bill Clinton took the country
into an unnecessary war the establishment would have had him assasinated. If Bill Clinton exposed a CIA
agent for exposing the lies Bush used to justify his unnecessary war the establishment would have had him
assasinated.
While I'm on the subject lets talk about Bill Clinton. I didn't follow politics during the Clinton years. I felt I did
enough helping to get him elected in 92. I figured if the establishment wasn't going to allow maybe the most
competent president ever elected to do anything in eight years for the benefit of the american people, that's
not my problem. I never read one article on his impeachment or the Monica Lowinsky blow job. But it was the
same sleeze ball strayegy of the sleezy jew, Carl Rove, carried out by the press. Try to get something on the
opponent and let him spend all of his time trying to defend himself to no avail because they controlled the
press. As long as he was doing the will of the conservative establishment the media sung his praises. They
taught him this lesson when he first took office and his popularity sunk to an all time low. Finally after he
grred to do as he was told and he cut welfare, Aid to Families with Dependant Children and capital gains for
the rich the press sung his praise and his popularity soared. But that wasn't enough for the sleezy white
trash that rules this country. So how did they get something on him inorder to control him. Gore Vidal once
said the pentagon runs this country. One has to put the pieces together to get an idea how these sick minds
operate in defense of their tyranny. They knew Monica was sucking off Bill because they have their little
cameras watching everything Bill does. But they couldn't just show the tape. That would expose them. So
they ask Linda Trip who worked for the pentagon to help them get something on him. She gets friendly with
Monica. Gets her to reveil how she helps the president relive his stress while taping the conversation. Now
they have something to force him to purger himself. The press never said it was a crime to get sucked off in
the white house. That didn't matter. It didn't matter what the story was. Conservatives just wanted something
they could twist around in order that the ignorant americans mind would think he had committed a crime.
They used the press to get the american people to belive McCain and Kerry had committed a crime by
sacraficing their lives for this country. They used the blow job to get the american people believe he
deserved to be impeached and them preceeded to have the press monopolize the airwaves with the
impeachent proceeding for years. I don't have cable so I'm not sure what others saw but for eight years he
was in office I heard President Clinton speak once and that was for the state of the union address. That
demonstrated the absolute control conservatives have on the media. They never allowed him to get his
message out.
