Recently a Texas judge filed suit to prevent the
Russian government from taking back part of the
Russian peoples oil company stolen by some
jew. You can always find some sleezy Texan
willing to make a travesty of the american justice
system in order to help the crimals rob the
people. But isn't that the reason for being for the
Texan in the White House?

With regards to the compensation packages at
Disney, it makes little sense if one reviews
Jeffrey Imelts statement when taking over GE. I
believe he was warning shareholders not to
expect the rate of return they had under nutron
Jack. He had long term objectives and was going
to build something at GE instead of running GE
like Jack Welsh had. Welsh turned GE into a
giant mutual fund where he spent his days
buying and selling companies. I believe Immelt
said something to the effect that company's
future  profits would be determined by many
factors, the most important being the shape of
the domestic and global economy. How do you
design a compenation package to reward such
objectives other than the maximization of short
term profit? By deciding against Welshes profit
objectives and taking GE in a different direction
he is putting some other objective ahead of
maximizing his salary. That is the same
grievance shareholders had with Michael Eisner.
